For Sports Vision

Most athletes tend to have better visual skills than non-athletes.  Many high level athletes do some form of eye exercise to gain an added edge in competition.

Athletes who exercise their eye muscles have faster reaction times and eyes that move in a smoother, more coordinated fashion with less fatigue.

You have six skeletal muscles around each eye.  Like any group of skeletal muscles, the more they are worked the better their strength, endurance and reaction time.

Training eye movement skills to work at their peak performance is the overlooked aspect of being a complete athlete.  After all, you can't play the ball until you see and track the ball.

The C-Rod is a simple, low cost, portable eye exercise tool that any athlete can use to enhance their visual skills - tracking, near-far jumps and eye movements - in just 5 minutes a day.
